Hi Jim,
I found your site and really like some of your track plan ideas. I am
interested in the Zig zag RR. Did you change any of your elevations when you drew that one up. It looks like the section between the sawmill and mine
branch drop quite a bit. Can you share your thoughts on this. Thank you.

It probably is a bit steep. To lessen the grade, the mine branch could be shortened so it doesnt need to clear other tracks.

Hi Jim,
Just read your latest entry...that's REALLY bad news about the C&SFT !!! It will be missed by all who visit here. Don't tear it down, just pack up what can't fit at your new location and see what happens (space-wise) "down the tracks". You never know !!!
