This site has been designed using a Content Management System (CMS) called "Drupal". Drupal can have extra themes and modules added, which are downloadable from other sites on the Net. The site's theme has been customized by me to better reflect the general theme of the site. Extra modules have been added to enhance the visitor's experience on the site, such as a Voting API / User Interface, a Glossary, a Messenger, FAQ section, a Printer-Friendly Pages module, and ExtLink - an external link management tool. Some of the modules on the site I have only enabled for registered members such as Voting, Messenger, Commenting, and Printer-Friendly Pages.

The background graphics, and other Theme graphics, are Copyright, James Stanford, 2000-2007, or their respective owners, and are used with permission.

All photos and content, unless otherwise noted, are Copyright James Stanford, 1985-2007, used with permission, or are authorized for inclusion on this site by their Copyright owners. I ask that you not download any photos from this site without written approval to do so first. The Track Plans provided on this site is the only exception to this rule.

Special Permission to Download / Copy / Print Track Plans for Non-Commercial use

Permission is given for you to copy / download / print any number of the available free Track Plans, provided the following criteria are met:

* They are not to be packaged in a commercial product unless written permission has been obtained from me.
* They are not to be included on another website unless written permission has been obtained from me.
* They are not to be given away as a value added product without written authorization from me. That is, they are not to be given away in a package WITH any commercial product, unless authorized by me.
* That the user recognizes that no warranty exists on any of these plans whatsoever, and that the provider of these plans (me) shall not be held liable for any inability of these plans be built to specification, or for any damage whatsoever which may occur after downloading or copying of any of these plans.
* That the user recognizes that any track plans that are freely available, that is at no cost to the user, that no commercial trading laws whatsoever shall govern this sites provision of these plans.
* That the user recognizes that any or all of the available plans may at some future date be removed or made into a sale-able product by the owner of this site without any regard for any person or organization whatsoever.
